Alex Ross was on The Colbert Report last night promoting his new book: The Rest Is Noise. While this blogger's new favorite author didn't get to say much about classical music in the twentieth century talking with Stephen Colbert, but I hope that he reached a new audience.
Ross runs a blog also titled The Rest Is Noise where he posts his classical music reviews as well as news from the music world.
